November 2025 Churchyard (& hall & vicarage gardens) Working Bees
Please join us for some more rewarding outdoor sessions on a number of projects to improve our churchyard for pollinators and other wildlife, bringing strong gloves and maybe a favourite pair of secateurs!
The dates and times for November:
Tuesday 4th Nov: 10am-12 noon
Wednesday 12th :12.30-2.30pm
Thursday 20th :10am -12 noon
Friday 28th : 12.30-2.30pm
Hot drinks and biscuits provided.

More dates will be agreed for further Spring Church hall & Vicarage garden, as well as Churchyard and wildlife area, work, to promote plants for pollinating insects and other wildlife.
Everyone is very welcome to join us for some warming fun and hopefully to make rewarding differences to these wonderful and specially protected areas of Seal!
The projects mostly focus on the churchyard, particularly preparing some planters in the wildlife area for some native flowering plants for pollinating insects this Summer, as well as clearing more Ivy in a designated small part of this same area.
Compost heap digging out (partial) and more sapling clearing, adding these to our log pile, key for wildlife, are further projects.
Bring gardening gloves, a warm drink and maybe a favourite pair of secateurs or loppers, and meet either at the church Lych gate or close by.
Looking forward to welcoming anyone interested in supporting our beautiful, ancient churchyard for the enjoyment of nature, our communist and visitors, alike.
