St Benedicts Centre is a local venue providing not only wonderful workshops and courses, but also a place for individuals and groups to rest, retreat, pray and meet, in a safe, serene and deeply spiritual setting (the Malling Abbey).

If you haven’t visited yet, just for a wander in the grounds, or to attend a course or half-day retreat, I couldn’t recommend it enough; it’s just a short drive or rail trip away.
