Love in the air?
By the Rev Anne Le Bas
As we come to the end of our time without a vicar – Rev Mary Styles will be starting as our new “Priest in Charge” at Seal on 27th July 2026 and will be happy to speak to you about your enquiry from 28th July onwards.
Would you like to get married at Seal Church? We’ll be delighted to help. It is nearly always possible for opposite sex couples to be married here at Seal Church, even if you don’t live in the parish. Just get in touch with the vicar to talk about it. Sadly, we aren’t allowed to marry same-sex couples yet. Weddings cost between £489 and £774 depending on what “extras” you have, but if money is a problem we may still be able to help, so don’t let that be a barrier. Church weddings don’t have to be big or fancy. Brides don’t have to wear white. You don’t have to be churchgoers. We’ll be happy to help you plan a wedding that suits you, as far as it is legally and practically possible to do so.
Please check the Church of England Website for latest updates and fees.
